- 7-day return window. Unused, unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong or damaged item. Share a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Refund timeline. Once the returned item reaches us, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer / UPI.
- Non-returnable items. Products that have been opened and used cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
